Called reception at 8:30 a.m told doctor would call back before 9 a.m.
Doctor called at 9 a.m and made appointment for 10:20.
Seen at 10:30 - possible DVT.
Appointment for scan at 11:30 conquest scan done at 12:30 - negative seen at 5 p.m for medication and given review on general health.
This cannot be beaten!!
The whole phone appointment set- up in unsatisfactory. The staff on the reception do their best but are not really able to provide the good service the world expect.
I have been left 'holding' for a long time on many occasions.
The doctors seem rushed.
. The doctor listened to me.
. I was seen quickly.
. My appointment was arranged for out of work hours so no time off needed.
. Quick response to my request for telephone contact.
Quick call backs, good advice and guidance.
Very thorough and discussed well.
All staff very helpful.
